How to get your 20% Boden discount

I got an email saying I had a 20% discount at Boden, but when I went to the site there was no discount showing.

Anyway I rang their customer services and the (unbelievably posh) guy there took my order over the phone and applied the discount.

He was happy to do this before he had even looked at my account so rumours of the discount only being for some customers seem to be wrong.

The 20% discount runs out tonite so make haste...

I never get 20% offers from Boden which really bugs me as, last season particularly, I spent a fortune there - sheepskin boots and velvet trousers for me, loads of combats and hoodies for ds's and skirts and dresses for dd.

I think that deserves 20% off.

I seem to get offers all the time but I never buy anything. Perhaps if you do buy lots they think you don't need any enticements!

I just used mine to buy some stuff dor dd3 (shhh don't tell dh), but I only saved £2 off the normal 10% and free p and p from here

I got the 20% email. Maybe becasue I spent loads with 20% off in the preview, little do they know I sent it all back today. I've ordered from them a few times but if they had a look at how much I'd actually kept I definitely wouldn't feature in any best customer lists.

I think they are trying to entice previous customers back, havent bought off them for a while.
There is no code the email takes you to the site and automatically discounts.

Yes, I want to know where Earl has gone too. Don't you have to spend over £240 to get 20% discount? (Admittedly this is not difficult, but am trying to budget in these straitened times.)

I never get those e-mails. However, I e-mailed them just now to whine, and the delightful Leigh Tappu (almost as good a name as Earl's) has promised me the discount, and will check their database details to make sure I get the offers in future.
