Best waterproof mascara?

I recently bought a Maybelline one and it was utter pants - waterproof but even when I only use it on my top lashes I get panda eyes under my bottom lashes.

So I want a new one - recommendations, please? Don't really mind what I spend as long as it's good and won't run.

i have tried loads and one of the best ones is me me me drama queen waterproof, its form superdrug and is about £6! the packaging is pretty but i did just have to buy a new one cause it all splurged out of the top of my old one, dont know why.

but it is very waterproof

I need one of these too! I get really bad hayfever come spring/summer and watery eyes the rest of the year so anything non waterproof leaves me looking like kung fu panda!

it is actually difficult to remove, i use those eye pads form asda which probably arent the best thing, but it takes a while to get it all off!
