Storksak Emily

Right, I know nappy bags are a waste of money and just a capatalist invention when a plastic bag would do but I really really want this:

Does anyone have an emily? Is it roomy and yet easy to sling over your shoulder? Is it well-made and last years? Persuademe/disuademe.

I have an Emily chocolate - and I love it!

I have used it every day since DS was born, now 7 months old, and it looks as good as new. I wear it either over my shoulder or across my body - the strap is plenty long enough and also wide enough not to dig in. It's also not tooo girly, so DH will carry it when necessary. It hangs very neatly on the handlebar of my bugaboo... which is chocolate and beige.... I like brown, what can I say?
There are enough pockets for my purse, makeup, keys, phone etc etc as well as all DS's stuff.
The only possible drawback is that the changing mat has got a couple of stains from flourescent newborn poo, despite going through the wash several times, so I will buy a new folding mat when number 2 comes along.

Not got the Emily - I've got the Gigi Chocolate and I LOVE it. Used it every day for 2.3yrs and 2 kids. Hats off to Storksak for being really well made - it's taken a beating and looks brand new - even the straps have survived and I adore the mat.

I've got bags in my wardrobe worth loads more than my Storksak and they've not been used half as much...get it...you'll love it

I went to John Lewis and had a look last night and actually I wasn't that impressed with the Emily, it's a really horrible sludgy colour. However the Elizabeth is gorgeous!
