All under one roof.
I am a size 12 at the moment but a size 12 dress I tried on recently was great on the bottom but tight on the boobs.

Obviously thinking two piece outfit. Kids attending so something that won't show snot/baby sick etc too much

What about a wrap/faux wrap dress?

This Bravissimo dress looks quite stretchy. There are more here.

Would you be happy wearing black? This coast shirt dress is front opening but a little more dressy than an average shirt dress. Or there's a wrap shirt. Great "snot/baby sick" camouflage colour too!
Would look fine with some wide legged trousers.

i found cardigans great when I was breast feeding, to remain "discrete" and you can get some lovely ones at the moment that wont make you look like pauline fowler.

although for my ds christening i was so desperate to look nice for once & where a pretty bra i kind of forgot about the technicalities of bf and ended up having to feed him in a toilet cubicle as I had to undo my entire dress to pull it down & take off my bra! How I didnt end up with mastitus I dont know!!! Luckily he was only on one feed during the day at that stage!!

Are your tits that magnificent thrn?

popsycal · 22/02/2009 15:12

lol moondog

not magnificent - just distracting if I have nmy dress around my neck

anyway - ordered this in the reddish colour to try.....

Was thinking about taking ebm and buying normal dress however, I would have to skulk off to exprss for the whole day or where nappies in my boobs

You're welcome, yes that's a nice colour top, I know you have your dress but it's always useful to know about sites that sell tops and dresses good for breastfeeding !

popsycal · 22/02/2009 19:38

Very true
I ,ostly wear normal tops - tightis t shirts of skinny rib jumpers and wear a stretchy vest top underneath so the top come up and the vest pulls down - camoflages the belly
