how much is a whole head of highlights where you are?

i want to go blond again but every hairdressers near me from toni&guy to klassy kuts type places charge £90.

is that the going rate? i'm sure i never paid that much a few years ago.

It only looks stripey if you have a crap hairdresser (and, OP, if anyone comes at you with a cap, run a mile!)

My hairdressers half head £45-60 depending on the length od your hair Full head is about £60-80 depending on the length of your hair.

Whores are about the same price Though they are not available at my hairdressers.

i've heard all about matted hair and hooks in people scalps so no cap is going near my head, my hair is too thick and long for a cap anyway

decided to prise open my wallet and pay the £90, im going home with wet hair though, im not paying an extra £30 for someone to blow hot air over my hair.

Not sure on average for area, but the place I go to in Sheffield:

  • full head foil highlights - £60-80 depending on who does it.

  • cut and finish is £30-70 on top
