She has suggested that I help her this weekend but I know she's really reluctant to change her style and so it may be hard.

For some reason she has got it into her head that she should follow the principles of Trinny and Suzannah but I am not convinced.

She has, by her own admission, quite bad posture and has rounded shoulders. Seems to think that tops with round necks and long sleeves like this suit her but I personally think it makes her look more slouchy.

She's not fat (though she thinks she is) about 5 ft 4 and a size 10/12.

What sorts of things would you think would suit a round shouldered, slouchy, petite person? She's blonde.

I have got rounded shoulders too, my posture is terrible, partly because of that but mainly my tummy I only wear that type of top underneath something. Could she get a sleeveless cardi or something to go over them? A long ish one and wear with skinny jeans and boots for a new look or am I way off mark?

Also find that a loose ish top with a more fitted cardiga over the top seems to help make me look a bit less scruffy/slouchy. I wear with boot cut jeans if its a short top or skinny if its longer. Not that I am anyone to listen to really I never feel satisfed with how I look. I like the dress and leggings look but worry it would make me look pregant with my tummy but if she doesn't have a tummy how about that?

a better bra will help her posture and make all her clothes look better

go with her and get fitted

do not go to M&S though - John Lewis, Debenhams or, if there's the slighest chance she migth be a D or bigger, Bravissimo

good idea about the bra fitting.

I think the neckline (Rounded) doesn nothing for her so might try to encourage her into a v-neck. She also seems (for god knows what reason) to like Halternecks!
