Can you help? I would like a bag for everyday that is stylish and cross body style is that so impossible?

I mostly wear dark brown boots and jeans and I don't have a good medium sized bag. Something X body is important and Stylish equally important - Oh and not too expensive - under £100.

The best I've seen is a relatively plain slouch bag with chain £63.60 at River Island but tbh not really sure about the chain part of it..

i've got a really nice one from m&s, limited collection so gone now. it was a silver puffy pouch version of the envelop one.

How about one aimed at men in brown leather they can look lovely.

Swedes that's getting close - it's definitely funky but I think I'm over gold and silver bags - maybe half metallic half brown leather would be cool - if it exists...

Ebay Mulberry idea ia a good one, I was going to suggest Antony Messenger. If you can stretch the budget a bit you may also get a sample/ seconds piece at a Mulberry factory shop for about £120.

Squeaver - I love those mulberry messenger bags even though they are plain they are thick enough leather to make them a bit rugged looking.

Yeah taczilla I was just checking some man sacks out amazon - i find them a bit too plain

... I might be being fussy here but I know there must be something out there that has just some detail, texture or colour on it to make it funky
