Ok, how do I stop looking like a bag lady?

I care full time for my 14 month old, and we're out and about a LOT. I also work from home, so I need my phone and diary with me for if I get a call when I'm out with the baby. I have a yummy new changebag from OiOi (which was ridiculously overpriced, but I fell in love with it) and I'm finally back into my pre-pregnant jeans and looking gorgeous, but I'm struggling because I have TOO MUCH STUFF to carry and look like a frigging bag lady! I have the chjange bag, full of DSs cloth nappies, and then my handbag, and often another bag of shopping / letters to post for work / random stuff.
I think I should keep my stuff in a little bag inside the cavernous change bag - but I can't seem to get a system that works and I always feel disorganised. What does everyone else do?

google bag organiser, there a lots of variations on the theme

Ohh, that's a good idea - I've never seen one of those. Shame it's australian. I wonder if I could make one?

I always took the changing things, toys etc in the bottom of the pushchair in a changing bag, then handbag with my essential things that I could hook on the handles.

The net bags that hang across both handles for shopping are great too

Sushi, my mum actually made one for herself. She measured out the sections for her phone, wallet, make-up bag, etc. It's great she just whips it out, and puts it in a different bag, and nothing is forgotten

Must get her to make me one.....

TDWP, that's what I woulld do except the basket on my pushcair is not very big
Looking at them I don't think it would be too hard to make it - or something similar anyhow.

Ok, so I've made myself a GORGEOUS little tote bag with a contrast multi-pocket lining that will fit inside my change bag. I'm so proud I might start selling them on Etsy!!
