i got a bargain shock absorber bra from this ebay seller, worth checking out the reviews on boobydoo first, some models can be difficult to get on and off etc. m&s is good for technical sports gear that's cheaper than branded stuff.

i got a jacket recently that i find great for running but it's out of your budget

btw the things i find most useful on my jacket are good adjusters on the hood so i can get it snug enough it doesn't fall off, plus a peak to keep the rain out of your eyes - something to look for.

I wear ronhills for running in, very comfortable and cheap at £15 a pair.

www.mandmdirect.com is worth a look for discounted womens sports gear. I've had a few work out clothes from there for a fraction of the RRP. Its just a case of trawling through as there is a fair amount of tat.

I ordered a Berghaus rain jacket from M&M - £49 (was £110 on Berhaus site!. Came yesterday and is fab! Exactly what I need for exercising outdoors.

Also ordered an Adidas body warmer in a size 14 but it is tiny - I can't even zip it up . It was only £12 though, so passing it on to my (petite!) sister
