Anyone know of any beauty schools that offer cheap facials or massage?

could really do with a treat, starting to think about going back to work, even though it's not for another month!...feel sick about leaving DD. Anyone know of any beauty schools in Edinburggh that do cheaper facials when you have one with a student. Or any where that has an offer on. need a few hours of pampering, so anything, highlights, cuts anything you know that's on offer?

telford college has a hairdressers and a beauty salon

i get my hair cut there - its about £6 usually

Nailpolish, you ever got highlights done there? Normally pay through the roof for mine in town.

no, never had highlights

you get a student doing the treatment (obviously) but there are alwyas loads of teachers around so i wouldnt worry about it going wrong

it does take a lot longer than going to a salon, once i was there for almost 2 hrs as the teacher was doing a talk and taking photos etc for the students portfolios

but it is nice, its like a proper salon atmosphere
