Ewwwwww. Sorry. Not nice shape or colour.

ROTFL at women who shop for 'school run' clothes.

Clary · 09/02/2009 20:36

yes i fear it would make boobs look big (and mine already are).

Ladies, wrt school run dress thing, you are not concentrating.

I take it you have comfy clothes you only wear in the house (well I do).

The idea is that instead of wearing those clothes all day then changing, you have a dress which will work as a sundress (mrsseanbean - I am a hangover from the 70s!) but also is fit to be seen "out there".

I have a pair of joggers I love but they have a hole in the knee and I am certainly not about to leave the house in them.

And yes, I do care what people think. Hence not wearing those joggers out (or any joggers, unless actually going running )

mymama · 09/02/2009 21:34

What is so weird about changing for the school run?

The clothes I wear around the house are not fit for public viewing. They are faded, have bleach stains and show my cellulite.

I do not like to take a nap clean house in 'public' clothes.

Thus a school run dress or pants or such is required.

poshsinglemum · 09/02/2009 22:52

love it but more for summer bar b q than school run.

cornsilk · 09/02/2009 22:56

I like the blue. I'm coveting lots of dresses on that website.

I think you'd have to be tall to carry this off.
It has a bit of the 'gypsy' look that was in a few Summers back, too.

Having said that, I'm tempted by the idea it would make my paltry boobs look bigger

KristinaM · 10/02/2009 14:21

tell me you are joking, BALD???

KristinaM · 10/02/2009 14:44

LOL you are busted BALD

MamaG · 10/02/2009 14:48

(joules is new MN discount partner btw)

I agree with the idea of school run dress. its to chuck on when you've been gardening/decorating/washing the windows in your mucky old shorts NOT to wear all day and then swoosh to school in

lljkk · 10/02/2009 14:49

Gosh, I think dress in OP is hideous; it will highlight any flabby bulges you might have, especially on the arms. I can't imagine it looking good on anyone except a flat-chested small girl. This IS a windup, right??
