Anyone want to give me a pretend colour consult?

I have medium brown chestnutty hair, green-brown eyes, pale/creamy even skin (no redness in skin).

I had blonde highlights til last year and there were loads of colours that didn't suit me when I was blonde - blue/teal/greys mainly.

I've started to wear a lot of teal now and I think red also suits me.

What colours do you think I should/could wear and what should I stay away from?

I found this link on another thread here; you could try it?

www.improvability.co.uk/products/tonalAdvice/index.html

the trouble isn't only figuring out what colours you should wear, it is then finding them in the shops.

Pretend colour consult:

You should wear peach, taupe, and chartreuse.

I don't even know what the last one looks like, but I hear they mainly recommend horrible colours.

Sorry, flippant and unhelpful. Will go and look at the link above in a serious manner as penance.

i have dark hair and pale skin and my kids have pale skin and v blonde hair

none of us look great in pastels, stronger colours are much better

well i have medium to dark brown hair, black eyelashes/brows, am pale skinned with hazel eyes. I had a colour consoltation done years ago (it was free as a friend of my mums was training to become one) and i was put in the summer category so i could wear reds, blues, greens, teal, silver, white basically all the lovely bright jewelly colours, not really pastel colours or yellow, orange. Apparently i should wear silver jewellery not gold. Hope this helps!

basically i was told to put the colour to your face. just under it and see how it makes your face look, do you look brighter for it or does it draw you and make you look sallow ? The colurs you choose should make you look brighter and fresher
