What is the quality like and what do you think of this?

Yes, I've bought several things from there in the past and have been really impressed by them. Excellent quality, good value and beautiful presentation (have had a few things sent direct as gifts successfully).

The chain looks lovely - I like the link style.

(I should qualify that I last bought from them a couple of years ago though)

I have ordered many times. Beautiful quality, well presented (even come with a tiny chocolate inside the box!) and great customer service.

I have ordered lots of things. The quality is deteriorating - the items are a bit flimsier, I think. Do check the sizes! Things can be smaller than expected.

kitty I agree, not as good as they used to be - the never ending money off emails don't help either.
