Is this the beginning of the end? Grey hair!!

I pulled a hair out of my fringe today, it was pure white until half way down the hair and then the rest was dark brown (my natural colour). I have a couple more as well .

But the hair was fine and not frizzy like a grey hair. DH says that they are just hairs without pigment but not grey hairs. I am not convinced but it does seem weird that one strand of hair had two colours in it?

My hair is not dyed BTW. I am only 24 so I hope I am not going grey!

It's a long slippery slope I'm afraid.

Of course, I'm 13 years older than you and I haven't got a single grey hair (and dd1 is a pound better off - she was somewhat reticent at first but soon realised what good fun it was!)
