Silver bracelets with velvet lining - anyone know where to get them from?

A friend has several of these - its her birthday coming up so thought it would be nice to get her one.

They are solid silver cuff bracelets that have a dark blue velvet lining. Its too close to her birthday to ask her where she's got them from as she'll twig that I'm going to get her one!

Any ideas? Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I've tried googling and can't find them anywhere - they're probably really bloody expensive!

Yes - I've thought about that - she has a really specific style though and I don't know if she'd wear anything different...
