Pierced earring question re heavy earrings

You know when you wear heavy earrings how it can pull on the hole and I guess eventually stretch it?

Is there anything you can buy to support the earrings so they don't pull so much?

I've managed to find this online but it's from America. I can't quite see what they are from the picture (one of the photos looks awful but you get the idea)

Does anyone know if there anything here in the UK to buy that would help? I like bigger earrings occasionally but am worried about stretching the holes.

Thanks

Lots of cheaper earrings come with backs like that. Maybe buy some and use those backs on your heavier earrings?

They do just look like the backs you get on some earrings don't they? I wondered if I was missing something mystical about them or something.
