the bravissimo ones are nice, but i have never had anything from there.. i know in M&S what size etc...

cmotdibbler · 28/01/2009 14:07

I have the M&S one, and its very comfortable and flattering. I wear a microfibre slip underneath to give it an extra chance of flowing over lumps rather than clinging

BoysAreLikeDogs · 28/01/2009 14:08

The first one from M and S lulu

Leeza2 · 28/01/2009 14:09

i have this Bravissimo dress and its fab for disguising flabby tummy. I'm 5'5 and its just below the knee

Could do double duty for going out with some nice accessories

oh i like first M&S one too, very similar and good price. sorry don't like gypsy one

MamacitaGordita · 28/01/2009 14:13

Lulu go for a wrap dress for defs. If you spend a little extra it'll last forever. I have a black wrap dress (from Gap) that I bought 5 years ago and I have worn it SO much- esp useful for funerals etc. Sadly post DS it is a bit clingy in the hip area but that gives me an excuse to buy a new one!
Of your links I prefer the mock twist M&S one- it's more 'classic'and won't date. Plus wrap dresses are so classy and flattering. If I could afford a DVF one I so would!

Shoes are nice, that Mary Jane style never goes out I think. Another timeless style is the t-bar,these might be a bit fashion-y maybe. And I can't explain it but i like shoes with a sort of granny vibe!!

Lulumama · 28/01/2009 14:31

i looked at those other M&S ones, but i prefer the chunkier heel on the elastic ones.

do like the granny ones, but too expensive !
