What do i wear with knee high flat leather boots?

What would look good?

I'm a size 12 and fairly tall, but if i wear them with my dark jeans i look like i'm going horse riding - so i'm needing some inspiration please

I normally wear with casual skirts - cord or denim maybe. Sometimes with a dress as well - knitted, wrap or jersey type one. Can only wear with casual outfir I think.

A-line, just below-knee skirt and cardi

Fine with jeans so long as you don't wear a barbour or tweed jacket on top.

Treggings? The new cross between trousers and leggings?

I wear mine with skinny jeans and treggings, long jumpers or my puffy out at the bottom drawsting coat (i'm sure there is a technical name).
