Use facial exfoliator twice a week, face pack once a week (I use Simple - cheap and effective).

foot scrub twice or three times a week; foot cream every night (I leave mine on the bedside table so that I don't forget)

Keep several small pots of hand cream by every sink in the house and one in my handbag (Nivea Q10 or something).

No wine during the week.

Body brush before showers/baths.

Make-up every day but remembering to take it off every night (I usually do it watching 'Stenders or similar ).

I'm a convert to Lush skin care products. I use their Baby Face cleanser bar to remove make up, then their coal face cleansing bar to wash my face clean afterwards (and it has tiny exfoliating beads in it which I find great), then moisturiser. Coal face and moisturiser in the morning (no need to remove make up then obviously). I am making a real effort to be "better groomed" this year, and have started using a Boots deep conditioner once or twice a week as well as normal shampoo and conditioner, and body lotion after each bath, and hand cream (I use the Body Shop hemp hand cream) each day. I'm not a fan of nail varnish but have discovered nail buffing and now have lovely shiny nails which look great IMO! Make up wise, a little make up and lots of yummy lip balm is the way to go for me.
