I thought nails inc come and pay home visits if there is a group of 10 or more.

if you google on "mobile beauty treatments london " there are quite a few people offering services. Depends where you are in London. I have a manicurist that is based in Mill Hill who does great pedicures. She would do a group if time and place was right. Where about are you ?

franch · 05/04/2005 16:15

We're all over the place and haven't met each other before - I think somewhere central would be best, not sure what the others think

I also have a lady who does manicures and pedicures. She's fab! and will do home visits.

andif · 05/04/2005 17:18

OH YES! I've heard great things about Scholl pedicures - the only one that gives your feet a really good overhaul. Let's do it!

franch · 05/04/2005 19:21

Mars I now have this picture of you reclining on a chaise longue all day being visited by your manicurist, hair stylist, etc etc

andif, I can give Scholl a ring and ask if they'll do a group - although we might want somewhere more conducive to socialising than a shoeshop?!

What do we all think of the at-home idea? I might consider hosting it, if I can think of a way of getting DH and DD out of the way

Just remembered I can get 15% off at Nails Inc - not sure if that applies to a group, but I'd definitely have a go at wangling it

Franch, Very brave of you to consider having it at home! Central is easier for me, but still OK. Think there might be a Scholl place on Brompton Rd as well, but couldn't get phone no to work so maybe no longer. Maybe you could ask at the one in Islington.
I think we should have a challenge - all have a manicure and see who can get theirs to last longest - I may win as prob the only one without toddlers, but cleaning rugby boots could be a challenge...
