I like my Babyliss Pro230...which get better reviews than Ghd's on Ciao and stuff. I think they are retailing at about £30-40 now.

The only thing that gets critisised in the reviews is that the on off button is in a bad place and is easy to catch whilst straightening....I don't find this too much of a problem as a) I use them upside down and it solves the problem and b) they heat up so quickly that it is not too much bother if they do turn off.

here

Oh and do not confuse them with Pro210 which are crap.

I have ghd's and love them...BUT VIBE ones are the big thing atm..My hairdresser has them and I must admit they are good...

drinkmoretea · 20/01/2009 17:01

ok, just bought these...

www.amazon.co.uk/Sassoon-VSST2952UK-White-Divine-Straightener/dp/B001A572SW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dru gstore&qid=1232470737&sr=8-1

because they were £20 in Sainsbury's, someone please tell me they have them and if they are good!!!

I got home and now worried they're rubbish!

May take them back, talk about impulse buying for a bargain!!
