Hairspray build-up - help me before I pull all my hair out!!

Anyone know any good tips for getting rid of haispray build-up on hair please? I have been fiddling with my hair a bit much and seem to be pulling out lots of hairs which feel rough from the build-up. Any tips would be much appreciated - I did have some virgin vie spring clean shampoo, but can't say it did much good. Cheers!

Try vinegar in the final rinse and using cold water

Lush rehab shampoo is super cleansing and really gets through buildup

the boots expert range to a detox shampoo which is good, about £2.99 i think

The boots sun, swim, sea range is really good for getting rid of product build up. Its meant for getting rid of chlorine etc but I used on the recommendation of my hairdresser SIL and it worked well!
