That's a very beautiful dress . Did you buy it for a wedding/planned social event? I would wear with high strappy heels in the summer. If it was a daytime event, you may get away with a kitten heel - but that depends on how well turned your calves are.......sadly I couldn't do that!

I saw it before christmas in Laura Ashley but they were on sale for £120! I did fall in love with it though. I went back yesterday and they had reduced it to £36 .
I thought I could wear it to school stuff/theatre. My calves are OK, my thighs are too big though but the dress covers it.
