maternity bras - well nursing bras really....

Anyone make NICE maternity bras i.e. ones that don't stop half an inch ABOVE the neck line of all your nice tops and give you a hint of a clevage rather than two squashed bean bags strapped to your front?

I am 35 weeks, so looking at 'investing' in some nursing bras that will last after arrival too - I'm measuring a 34FF currently.

Not that I ever found TBH! I also never found one that offered anything like decent support either. Once I stopped having engorgement I resorted to buying attractive, well fitting underwired bras and adapting them with these kits. Result

i've got some from mothercare but they aren't 'nice' ones they are just plain padded t-shirt nursing bras but they look great under tops and give me fab clevage

these ones

they don't come up as high as the normal yukky ones either!

now THAT is brilliant!

These were recommended to me and I found them really comfortable.

thanks sparkles, I looked at those and decided to get measured while there. They had me down as a 38C, so i lost my faith in them, even when she fetched me said size and could see boob falling out everywhere.

I may creep in while she not looking and buy the size I was measured today.....

Elle McPherson range are fab - pricey but really comfy.

have a look at the 'hot milk' ones. (google it). lovely. don't look like nursing bras, comfy and 'normal' cut. not as supportive as my Elle McPherson ones, but more attractive!! quite expensive though, but considering how long you wear them for probably worth it!! matching pants too!!!
