shoes that apparently aid weight loss or something....

I wear mine a lot, very comfy and good for sore knees or feet, but they don't shift the Xmas chocs unless you go out for more walks!

you need them fitted first so go to a shop try on etc and then buy on ebay

Honestly nappy, just get a pair of badly fitting sandals. That should provide just the right amount of "instablity" to work all the right muscles.
