Want to sell fake bag on ebay. Advice please.

I have a brand new fake designer bag which was bought form China. I never use it and want to put it on ebay. I would never put it on as authentic although there are plenty of fakes on there! Will list it as Chloe-style. Is it ok to do that?

I go to the factory, in China, where they make Mulberry...got mine for £80 and it's real!!!
