Converse trainers: are they unisex?

I'd like to buy a pair of these online, should I look specifically for a female version or are they all identical?

They are unisex I think. Have a look on Amazon, they sell loads of diff, types.

I think they are. I bought my Stan Smiths from ASOS from the mens department as the ladies didn't have the navy ones I was after.

Ordered my usual size 7 and they fit!

unisex. I have pink check atm, but have had navy,green etc...
