Can anyone help my mum find a mother of the bride outfir for my wedding in 12 weeks

We have just planned our wedding for 12 weeks time. My mum is really petite (size 6) and is struggling to find anything to wear - let alone something for 'mother of the bride'. Anyone know of anywhere.

Is she a trendy or a classic Mum?

How old?

Budget?

Assume she's tried the usual High St suspects e.g. Coast?

thanks squeaver. she is classic. she is 60. probably £100 ish. I have tried all the usual that i could think of but nothing suitable/weddingy.

black polka dot silk suit, this one is available in size 8 and could go well with a bright hat and shoes and bag.

samsonara - thanks that is really nice. I think cos it is an April wedding she may be looking for something more colourful iykwim. have sent her link though to see what she thinks

Yes that's understandable, it may be worth popping in to larger bhs stores which do wedding dresses as they often have a nice dress and coat set for about £100, or even try the designers at Debenhams classic ranges. There is a link on the website for mother of the bride but it doesn't link to outfits just to the individual items in the ranges but keep an eye out for the new spring ranges that are out or coming out and congratulations!

Sorry! Had to go to school and other stuff.

I'd recommend Designers at Debenhams too. In fact I think they have personal shoppers in the big stores who could help her.

Also maybe you could try LK Bennett - they do nice weddingy stuff. They can be expensive but their sales are good
