Do you wear short tunic knits and leggings and if so..

Do you feel like a principal boy? i have tired it in the comfort of my own office here at CTU and I looked a nob. It was too short but too long to wear over a skirt. Jeans fine but I can't wear jeans to work with Jack Bauer.
What do you do?

I wear leggings with dresses/tunics that come to mid thigh/above knee.With biker boots.
Think the length of the tunic is key.
