have you tried an Aspirin face mask/scrub?

I did it last night, as recommended by India Knight and it was great!

I remember reading this. I 'may' one day get around to trying it too, especially now you recommend it

that is actually a very good article all round - i will truy the aspirin!

It's got an active ingredient used in loads of top end creams apparantly.

ooh, read it last week in her Thrift book and am going to give it a go....

Now I am probably going to spend money buying a book about being thrifty.

I saw it reduced to a fiver in Waterstones. Unsurprisingly - a book about thrift was never going to sell at £13.99

Anyone else want to post any of the tips so I can be really thrifty and just not buy the book?

do you really need to use six aspirns?

I use a smooshed up aspirin if a get a spot as it reduces swelling, have done for years it works really well.

I was talking about this book end Nov/early Dec - I made the simple cheese recipe out of the book, the cupcake recipe (from the Magnolia Bakery) from her book, her easy curry recipe (it was amazing) - I have made things from the book for people.

I think the book is great and on her recommendation I bought the book with the stupidly long title "how to feed your family for 30 quid a week even when........." - another great book though no one else liked it ont here much (fab veggy burger recipe)
