Skinny Jeans - long, and not low waisted ?

Any ideas ? I need a 32-33" leg, pref dark denim, and on waist/just below waist so that they don't cut me across my wobbly tummy. I'm a size 12

Have you tried New Look ? I'm not sure about their skinny jeans, but the straight leg and boot cut both come with a higher waist and 32" or 34" leg. There is definitely a skinny variety as well and they're about £10 '

Toptop Pippin brand are very tight, very dark and high rise. But, they are very tight (look really excellent with boots and under dresses - better than the wider leg skinnies)
