I have had one for ages in the centre of my chin.

have tried squeezing it but it doesn't work and recently have tried to remove the by layers using a 'teen' exfoliation thing.

But it doesn't seem to be working. Is the only way to go surgical removal.

It is not massively unsightly and trivial in the big scheme of things but I would like to get rid of it.

Try sterilising a needle and pierce the skin around the base of milia. Then you may be able to squeeze it out.

It worked for me but my beauty therapist friend told me off when i told her. she uses a electrolisis (sp!) needle to do the same thing tho'!

Yes, I just dab it on with a cotton bud once a day.

I use a pin then squeeze!

I squeeze out my dh's, gets them round his brows - usually has about 6.

prick them first with a pin and then gently squeeze - he usually ends up with little pin pricks of blood on his face for the next day - they are stubborn little buggers, not like spots which are just a squoosh and their out

I go to the dermatologist and she deals with them in a couple of seconds per milia.
