which maternity capsule collection?

Hello there

I've reached that awkward 16-week stage, when none of my clothes fit, but it's not time for 'proper' maternity clothes. I thought I could mix and match some stretchy jersey stuff with my usual clothes.

So, I thought one of those 'bump box' things would be good, with stretchy trews, skirt, dress, etc. They seem to vary massively in price, however, with Pincchu's costing £150, and From Here to Maternity's is reduced to £45.

Do they vary that much in quality? Have any of you had one? Any recommendations?

Can't help you with the capsule thing but Isabella Oliver stuff is very good, super stretchy, long lasting, and they have a sale on atm

I bought the bump box from john lewis and was very happy with it. Mine contained a hidden support strappy vest (great for layering and pulling over my jeans, when wearing a non-mat top over the top) a long sleeved rouched top which I wore all the time, with either a skinny scarf or beads.
It also same with a knee length skirt which was super - really good, looked great with flat knee length boots and also with smart work shoes. Lastly, there was the trousers which I fould comfortable, but not for wear outside the house - not flattering, but oh to comfy.

Agree that IO is great for tops, but there trousers are of poor quality (honastly, they look like they have been made in a sweatshop, bad stitching, crappy fabrics, bad cut)

I bought the seraphine jeans and they looked really flattering and sexy too.

Any IO or seraphine stuff you buy can be sold on ebay for a very good price. If you intend to do this, be wary with washing to maintain colour.

what about some stuff like this to let you wear your own clothes for a bit longer, also great when you have had the baby too!
