I think that winter clothes AFTER Christmas are nicer

Than those available before. They have binned all the "look at me" sequin detail stuff and "partywear" ( who USES that word in real life? "Oh just let me update my partywear") and its practical and long lasting.

Most of my evergreens I trot out every year weere bought in Jan- March I think.

Boots are cheaper and not so high(ice and snow anyone?) and the colours are realistic.

I know w hat you mean.
Pre xmas,everything Xmas geared,red,metallic,sparkly.

And after - useful and wearable.

Yes - trying to find 'real' clothes in the run up to Christmas is difficult. Should we not be planning our spring wardrobes now, though ? Lots of red, white and blue, and nautical details (usually )
