Uggs anyone?

OK, I know they look a bit slipper-y and probably have a host of cultural associations which have passed me by but am just thinking they look terribly comfy and warm. Anyone got them / like them / recommend them?

I have the tall chesnut ones (2 years now) and if looked after and stored layed down in box, they can look as new. Mine are in excellent condition and have been worn lots.

But, yesterday in M&S cafe I saw a girl in orange cardi UGGS. And I was because they looked really nice! more I have always sniggered at the thought of the cardi uggs, but now I take that back. They were really nice and fitted to her legs, worn with black opaques and short sweater dress.

What are cardi Uggs???

Lou I am totally digging your fav boots, not least cos I read for every pair you buy they give one (by hand, and not just chuck them out of a plane) to African shoeless kids. How could you not love that? They'd be more elegant than Uggs too...

my dh brought me some short leather uggs for my birthday (still sheepskin inside). fanastic for this crappy weather. we brought them online from america, much cheaper than from the UK. took just over a week to get here.

Those wrap around things are wierd

I have sent for some tall black Uggs with some money i had, cough cough, put aside for the taxman. My feel are feeling all prospectivly happy and snug....

i love my uggs. Have long grey, short chestnut and short chocolate. None of them look at all filthy but I don't have them in sand colour and that's probably why.
Have the leather versions too, they are yummy but make my big feet look like a yeti's..

Sorry VT but Chavs can afford genuine Burberry and Aquascutum round here and they definately wear Uggs too.

Plus Britney and Jordan wear them, and they can afford them, does it make them classy?? Er no!!!

i want black cardy uggs, but DH detests and hates and despises uggs.

My mum just brought me back some from Australia, I don't like them at all, but feel like too ungrateful to stick them on ebay so soon after she lugged them over here.
