ruching is pretty as well

i did well at monsoon - 2pairs of tights and a wrap dress all half price too

SlubberdeMelchior · 30/12/2008 20:18

no horrid and probably highly flammable

TWINSETinapeartree · 30/12/2008 20:20

have you got good shoulders?

stardazzle · 30/12/2008 20:22

twinset - they're ok but i have huge boobs, that normally ditracts from everywhere else!

slubber - its pure silk!

Hassled · 30/12/2008 20:24

It's very nice, but you would have to have good shoulders and no back fat to carry it off.

I can't decide if the hangy down purple bit would make a bit of a tummy more or less obvious.

JohnnyTwoHats · 30/12/2008 20:32

I have same dress except full length.
Am large of nork and not the slimmest (size 14) but dress v flattering. IIRC it also comes with detachable straps too.
|Hangy down bit deffo makes tummy less obvious as well.

SlubberdeMelchior · 30/12/2008 20:35

star - well it is a lovely and soft, horrid dress then . I don't like the fabric tbh. I have a dress with a hangy bit down the front and it does cover a multitude of sins, I agree.

Mooseheart · 30/12/2008 20:37

Oh yessssss... I like.

Ireallymustgotobednow · 30/12/2008 20:38

How does one wear a strapless dress if one has massive norks?

Strapless bras don't work - they just make me look saggier than ever.

Seriously, how do you do it? I'd quite like to have the option of strapless sometimes.

stardazzle · 30/12/2008 20:39

thanks but sadly all sold out in anything other than a 12 which sadly with all the best will in the world by 34G's won't fit in!

Johnytwohats - i might go to the store and see if i can get one then, might be worth a trip. tis for my sisters wedding and was thinking it look like a good tummy hider!

stardazzle · 30/12/2008 20:41

ireally - i have a strapless bar which seems to do an ok job, plus i find squeezing them into a dress that is a tiny bit too small helps keep them where they should be! although i'm keen to try the ultima's strapless backless bra!

OP posts:
TheMoistWorldOfSeptimusQuench · 30/12/2008 20:44

Woo... strapless and backless?

[Faints]

samsonara · 30/12/2008 20:44

Lovely, wouldn't worry about shoulders you can wear a pretty shrug over with it if you don't want to show them off

stardazzle · 30/12/2008 20:51

well its a low back rather than completly strapless ultimo

OP posts:
TWINSETinapeartree · 30/12/2008 21:17

I love ultimo bras they transform my pearlike breasts into towering torpedos of fabulousness. I often stroke my breasts when wearing an ultimo bra as they look so wonderful.

stardazzle · 30/12/2008 21:19

twinset - i've not bought one, are they really worth it and how do they compare size wise?

OP posts:
TWINSETinapeartree · 30/12/2008 21:21

They are fantastic, I find they fit me just right, they are quite generous in the back though. I very between a 38D and a 38DD and take a DD in Ultimo.
