Recommend me a moisturiser please

I've decided to treat myself to a decent moisturiser, and need some recommendations. I have quite dry skin which can be sensitive and is prone to going red (my neck looks a completely different colour sometimes!)

I'll be 26 in a couple of week, so whilst I'm not old, I've definitely noticed a change in my skin over the last couple of years. I'm currently using the Body Shop's Hemp face cream, but don't feel it is making a huge difference.

What would be the best one to get? Or would getting a serum make a difference?

Thanks in advance

A brand called Caudalie, you can't beat it. And I was a junkie when it came to skin care products.

Avene from Boots do marvellous eye cream, if your eyes are red and the skin goes all flakey it is so soothing.

cornsilk its from Oz, my friend sent me a pot - you can get it[http://www.pawpawshop.co.uk/?gclid=COKmiLSF4ZcCFUsa3godPzjXBg here] but its about three times the price. Fantastic all rounder though - can use it on psoriasis/excema/nappy rash too.

Clinique isn't great for sensitive skin IME, it always made me sore and scaly when I tried it. It's been about a decade since I last tried it though, so perhaps the range has improved since.
