ANOTHER Boden question.......this time about returns

Help please. On the T&C on the order form I have it says you can return stuff for a full refund up to 3 months from receipt but on their website it now says 7 days (and otherwise credit note)....

Anyone know why it doesn't say the same everywhere?

Maybe it's different for sale stuff? Not sure, tbh. I thought it was 3 months too.

I think it is 7 days for sale stuff, 3 months otherwise.

I was a bit about it too. Its not easy to get it back within 7 days at this time of year.

You have still got 3 months from when you bought a non-sale item, even if it is in the sale now- I phoned to check that out.
