does it work? Whats it actually meant to do and should i buy one? Tescos have them half price just now

I got one for free so have used it occasionally - feels quite nice to put on (refreshing) but not convinced it does anything at all (having said that, not sure what it's actually supposed to do?! Make me look stunning? Tall order). Wouldn't buy it myself.

will give it a miss then.Is it meant to get rid of dark shadows or somehting? will stick to the touche eclat for that
