have received boden order and actually am pleased with it?!?!?

got this coat and brown knitted dressing gown.
Both fit and are really nice.
First time for ages I have kept what I have ordered!

They've sent me the wrong item. But I emailed their customer services department and they were excellent.

For the first time ever I am sending all my stuff back.
All of it wrong,plain wrong.
Keeping most of the Mini Boden stuff though.
Will swap mine for a couple of tops in the Spring preview I think.

ST you are so lucky. I like all my stuff - got the two hoodies (thick and thin) in three colours each, they're all lovely and I can't narrow it down. Plus two cashmere jumpers. I like the tunic, dh prefers V neck so I'm stuffed

I bought the bits I liked earlier in the saeaon,and knew I would struggle to find much else in the Sale.
Do like a few bits in the spring preview though,Grey t eeshirt,oatmeal knitted tunic etc,so will swap!

mine's going back- washed velvet jeans- too skinny leg- and mooching trews- terrible shape legs for me- make me look dumpy.

I bought 2 things for dh - twill shirt and pique sweatshirt top. Both really nice. Didn't see anything I fancied for myself though.
