My Pashmina

Just urging a word of caution if anyone is thinking of ordering custom made from them. Back in October I decided that what I needed to go with my grey denim kilt skirt and new fatface shirt was a tank top, and much nicer looking than any others were the MyPashmina ones. Nearly 7 weeks later I'm being told it has been sent to Holland by mistake and along the way they have made unrealistic promises about getting it to me, failed to reply to emails and - initially - said could not respond to emails as too busy with new orders !!! They do seem quite sorry about this but as they have sent 3 jumpers out to the wrong people ( mine is one of them - they actually sent me a large grey roll neck which I returned to them) I don't think they can be trusted to deliver the goods if you really want a specific item.

I am sorry to hear that.

I have bought things with them, and one time they forgot to send me an item, then said they didn´´t have it in the colour I wanted.

They apologised profusely and offered me similar, more expensive item for the same price (69, instead of 49), so effectively a 20 pound discoutn which I accpeted. I thought they dealt with it quite well.

Don't know what went on here, maybe someone posted on wrong thread. Anyway I do have a more postive update on this. My purple tank top did eventually make it back from Holland ( where it had been sent by mistake)
and to me before Christmas. I also was given a pashmina in compensation for the error, which was very generous. My general impression at the end of the day was that it was being run by very nice people who were a bit disorganised. The product was good, but I'd only order again if it was not too crucial to me when it would arrive. In contrast Toast acknowledged my first day of sale order immediately, got it dispatched the same day and it arrived the following morning - standard delivery, they really are tops on customer service.

I would steer clear of them. I ordered some things from Hammock Heaven, which appears to be operated by the same people. My order took months and months to arrive, and when it did it was incomplete. I emailed to ask where my my missing items were and I got quite an offhand reply. I got it all in the end but it was too late for what I wanted it for.
