I want a purse for Christmas

I've asked my husband to buy me a new purse for Christmas. Trouble is, I can't leave him to choose one on his own and I'm far too tired, pregnant and generally grumpy to trawl round department stores on a Saturday afternoon to choose one with him.

I would like one for about £70. I love the leather Orla Kiely ones but they are £150. Can you recommend anything similar?

Boden have a nice one but they can't deliver in time for Christmas - and I always end up buying everything from Boden because I have no imagination.

I have a Mulberry purse that was about £150 BUT it has lasted for 5years plus and still looks fab.

Orla Kiely has a little clutch for £70. I saw it on the Liberty website, not in the flesh, so I don't know how it compares to the purses. I think I have an Accessorize lookie-likie (!) which is a similar shape. Sometimes it's a bit of a pain because it's not as dinky as a purse but, on the other hand, it accommodates a lot of stuff.

I love that gucci one....

DH says its too small for notes. Do you think so?

i love it! My purse is getting old too.

Love that Gucci one but I need a grown up purse with lots of room for notes (well receipts at least!) and countless loyalty cards!
