I know Gok recommended one on his How To Look Good Naked a few years ago but I cant remember which it was.

I have a feeling it may have been this one.

I can vouch that YSL products are great, DH got me a lipgloss and liner last year and they are my abcolute favourites.

have you used it?

Im sure it had a funny name, and a few people on here raved about it, but cant for the life of me remember.

I love their Touche Eclat, its the one thing Id take to a desert island

i bought the false lash effect one twice and it is great to start with, but dries up and the bristles all clog together very quickly, making it unusable. bit disappointing for £18

i have foudn the new bourjois one is really good

mosschops30 · 03/12/2008 19:19

Its faux cils i was thinking of. Not sure whether they still do it though.

Lulu is that the same as the luxurious one?

the one i had was the faux cils.

No I haven't used YSL mascaras, using Estee Lauder double wear at the moment, seems ok, but I am not a huge fan of mascaras in general, they ALL seem to be clumpy on me. Lancome mascaras are pretty good too, there is one I had a bit back with a funny shaped tube, L'extreme? That was fairly non-clumpy.

Ronaldinhio · 03/12/2008 19:38

false eyelash effect is still genius

browncat · 03/12/2008 19:40

I've used the waterproof version and its fab- i rate it up there alongside the Touche Eclat!

Ronaldinhio · 03/12/2008 19:47

try touche eclat in the colour 2 it's truly a revelation as the colour 2 is much too pink for most people and the 2 is more yellow based

mosschops30 · 04/12/2008 14:19

i got told by the YSL girls that touche eclat only comes in 2 so have always used that one.
It is by far the best beauty product ever

I know this is not actually answering the question but, although I love YSL for most things I think the Dior Blackout mascarra is fantastic.
