Thermal vests for toddlers - no polyester

I bought DD (3yo) the M&S thermal vests as per usual this year online, however this time they were different - more t-shirt style and instead of half and half cotton and viscose, there was 50% cotton, 25% viscose and a wopping 25% polyester. They caused a nasty itchy rash for poor DD and I've taken them back, but now I can't find any to replace them and they have no stock in her size in last year's version.

Does anyone know of any thermal vests without polyester? I know M&S do the long sleeved version, but I think they are too hot tbh, and pricey.

You can get merino wool ones from raindrops.co.uk muddypuddles.co.uk and I think you can get merino/cotton or silk mix ones from cambridgebaby.co.uk. I think they all have long sleeved ones and t-shirt style ones.

Oops, should have added an 'and' between raindrops and muddypuddles!

But the long-sleeved ones here
are half and half (and brill, we bought them for dcs)

Merino and silk vests, wow! Thanks, I will check those out.

WBP, I have had the long sleeved one in the past but it's almost too hot, and is a bit of a pain under long sleeved tops, but if I need to I'll revert to that. It's bloody cold enough for it though

Fab merino ones from Howies kiddy merino

Pricey, but you don;t need to wash merino with every wear - it really does not stink. I have two and run or cycle most days (well I did before DS) in them and can wear one for several days while the other is washed and dried.

Oh bikerunski-i was just about to link to Howies!
