For my DH for Christmas. To wear with jeans. Thinking £20 ish for a t-shirt. Thanks

Not totally sure what you are after but:

www.threadless.com is a great website for original designs of all sorts submitted by people then sold on the site. Mainly t-shirts. Some will cost more than £20 though.

www.urbanoutfitters.co.uk has a good online service otherwise, and do some vintage design t-shirts.

American Apparel?
People Tree do some nice ethical t-shirts.

Uneetee, an american site - DH gets nearly all his t-shirts from here, they are really great designs and all on american apparel tops. The royal mail whack the custom charges on but it still works out really cheaply especially if you buy a couple at the same time. I have a few t-shirts from here too, they are beautiful.
