can I wear wasitcoats?

I'm quite big in the boobs department (34e) and a sort of hourglass shape, but with big thighs & bum. Am 5ft2".

I want to wear some casual style jeans, converse trainers, a ratty t-shirt and a waistcoat. But I think my boobs are too big? I'm a size 12/14 - what do you think oh wise ones?
