That aren't Next, Boden, Clarks or usual suspects. Don't mind paying a bit more. Something that would look good with jeans or skirts.

Gap usually have kind of biker type boots in their girls' wear department.

DMs come in child sizes.

Gap ones v nasty (padded nylon and leather combo) and with Zara can only get daft website featuring moody models moooching around Eiffel Tower.

Ah. They were okay in Gap a few years ago: my dds now have enormous feet (bigger than mine) and can't shop there.

Zara could be worth a look but their website is useless and they don't do online shopping.

Janeite, you're right and so is Moondog. Gap are rubbish this year - I'm hoping they'll bring in something more impressive soon because they're usually not bad.
Am watching thread with interest b'cos want same thing.
