Anyone want to offer an opinion on an outfit I am considering for a wedding - I need help...

DH is refusing to offer an opinion

I have a wedding to attend in 2 weeks when I will be 18 weeks pg. The dress in the photo is not a maternity one but it is sort of empire line...

I am open to honest opinions and other suggestions if necessary, as I still have some time in order to go shopping.

I am a size 20 and have large norks and tummy (normally let alone when pg...)

Photo on my profile for a short period only.

Wear a fab elegant scarf too that picks out the colour in the dress. Imo the boots are fine but you need tights in the same colour

Boots fine imo
but I have a fab pair of shoes I got from evans last week.
They're not on the website but black patent with thin angled straps and chunky high heel.Really comfy.worth a look if you have an evans near by.

i dont think you look anything like a size 20 so thats good. i am diddy so i don't have a clue what you should be wearing but i like it ..if that helps

How about fishnet tights - either natural or black, and great advantage is that they stretch easily over a preggers belly; I wore these constantly when PG and am size 18. Definitely good jewellery. Love the colour!

Ok so jewellery, what would you recommend. I never wear any normally apart from my wedding ring

right ,have had a look at the m&s site but as I can't really see the colour of your dress exactly it's hard to say.
this sort of style would suit the dress but you'd need to try some on to see where they sit on your fine decolletage

yes agree with G. Good necklace
ime the bigger you are , the bigger your accessories.

~I think you look great - that camera angle is not very flattering though. Opaque dark tights are required, and some bold jewellery and a pashmina or similar to match the boots.

Thanks eveyrone for the tips and advice. I have taken the picutreoff for now but hope to be back tomorrow with tights and trousers all at a better angle!
