is it the same stock online or is it older, cheaper stock?

How did you find out about it? I'd like to know if there's one near me.

i went to one last month and it was horrendous.....think how bad it could be and then times it by 100.

children abandonded in knocked over pushchairs

women running to the sides with armfuls of packages and ripping them open all over the floor

the queue to get in disappeared into the horizon

the queue to pay was endless

bargains? meh

I went to the Cheltenham one and it was awful. Piles of old tat, the stuff you never liked when it was in the catalogue. And all jumbled up so the wrong sizes were in the wrong boxes. They seemed to have lots of things in a size 8 and lots in an 18 but not much inbetween! I spent a few minutes rummaging and then left. But - I am not really a "sale" person, I don't get turned on by the hunting, I like to walk into a shop and be able to find my size etc easily. If you do love sales and enjoy a good rummage you might like it.

I went to one in Olympia a few years ago, and it was a giant bun fight. I was so NOT clued up as how to manage it, ie:
a) go first thing
b) don't faff around wondering if the colour is quite right,
c) grab what you think might work
d) think about it a bit more while you are in the ENORMOUS queue to pay
e) Don't go when you are 7 month pregnant with low blood pressure and then faint in the middle of aforementioned giant queue....

Having said that, I'm going to go, but will try to be at the door before 10am.....

Did anyone actually go to the Boden Clearance Sale today at Olympia? If so, what was it like? Am thinking of going tomorrow, but not sure if worth the trip to London and whether anything will be left!
