'Vegas style' for party - help!

We're going to a party held by ace friends this weekend.

We can only go for day bit as can't get sitter for our toddler, so will be on way home at bedtime.

Theme is Vegas style.

I am rubbish at dressing up and a bit short on cash. Thoughts for me, toddler DS and DH?
